Ingredients
1 apple
1 banana
1/4 cup curd / yoghurt
1 tablespoon oats
Preparation steps
Cut apple and banana into pieces.
Put them in a blender, add oats and curds to it.
Blend together.
Chill and serve.
You may add honey.
Nuts may be added.
Berries may be added.
Oats give a good texture to it, do not leave it.
