Apple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup curd / yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon oats

Preparation steps

  • Cut apple and banana into pieces.
  • Put them in a blender, add oats and curds to it.
  • Blend together.
  • Chill and serve.
  • You may add honey.
  • Nuts may be added.
  • Berries may be added.
  • Oats give a good texture to it, do not leave it.
